Fromage Voyage: guided cheese tasting and aging cave tour

Join us on a sensory journey as we explore a curated selection of our artisanal cheeses – like a wine tasting, but with cheese!

Learn all about the craft and art of cheese making while you indulge in the nuanced flavours and rich textures and explore the various ways to pair and use each cheese. Following the cheese tasting (30 mins) guests will be invited for a behind-the-scenes look at our cheese maturation process in our underground aging cave. ‘Fromage Voyage’ is a unique and educational experience for cheese enthusiasts.

Length of tasting and tour: Approx 1 hour. CA$25.00 per person.

Please wear closed-toe, clean shoes. Hair nets and shoe covers will be provided and must be worn for the tour portion of the event.
