Grant Lawrence & Friends: an evening of stories and songs.

Grant Lawrence is an award-winning author, CBC personality, singer, columnist and live event host. He is the author of three best-selling books for adults:
Get ready for an evening filled with true stories about outlandish BC coastal characters from past and present. Stories will be complemented by songs performed by Juno Award-winning artists and feature performers Jay Malinowski (Bedouin Soundclash), Kathryn Calder (New Pornographers), and Grant’s wife, folk-jazz chanteuse Jill Barber. The show at the Memorial Hall starts at 7pm, there is an intermission, and concludes at 9pm.
