Event Details

Join us for our first concert back in the Memorial Hall since early 2020. With several health precautions in place, we are producing a safe, fun and entertaining evening to welcome back our audiences to our year-round events! Also, only those with valid proof of double vaccination will be permitted into the hall as per Provincial health orders. Our normal Hall capacity is 220 people, but we will cap this show at 110 as well.

Like the powerful mandolinist and composer at its helm, John Reischman and the Jaybirds fashion a stylish take on bluegrass that seamlessly blends original songs and instrumentals with Appalachian old-time music for a truly unique band sound. Now in their 20th year, with seven acclaimed albums and two Juno nominations, the Jaybirds are simultaneously innovative and unadorned, sophisticated and stripped-down, happily old-fashioned and 21st-century contemporary of touring.
