For the first time, we are hosting an exclusive Long Table Event, an evening where culinary excellence and stunning natural landscapes come together to create an unforgettable experience. Itinerary:

August 9, 2024

6:30 PM – Arrival. Canapes & Cocktails with dinner to follow.

10:00 PM – End of event

Price: $195 per person tax/gratuities.

Price includes all food and chosen beverage pairings, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

The Menu:

Join Chefs Justin & Ian for the Fraser River Lodge’s first-ever Long Table Event. Prepare to be mesmerized by an eight-course tasting menu showcasing the best of what the Lodge and surrounding area have to offer. The menu utilizes ingredients from local farmers and expertly curated wine and beverage pairings created by our knowledgeable staff. Non-alcoholic beverage pairings are available as well. Start with canapés and cocktails in our lounge before moving to our long table set on our deck overlooking the Fraser river and basking in the late summer glow of our beautiful Mount Cheam.
