Summer Harvest Series- Dinner on the Farm at Earthwise Agassiz

Experience the freshest ingredients with the field to fork long-table dinner. Earthwise Society invites you to tour the farm and see where, and how, the food is grown, prepared, and celebrate the harvest with us. Chef Derek Bothwell will prepare a unique meal featuring freshly harvested farm produce, where he will speak to the ingredients used, and highlighting the benefits of and variety of local produce. Guests are invited to take a self-guided tour of the property before dinner and learn about what we do at Earthwise Society.
