Freshly churned butter and homemade ice cream have never tasted so good. Join Kilby Historic Site at 1 PM for a live demonstration on how cream is transformed into butter or ice cream—with free samples for all!

Butter Making – Monday & Thursday to Saturday
Ice Cream Making – Sunday only

In addition to operating a general store, the Kilby family also ran a thriving dairy farm. Guests are invited to visit the farm to meet the gentle Jersey cow and get up close with friendly turkeys, chickens, ducks, pigs, and a goat.
